How do I join Univia?

Contact the person that referred you and let them know you want to join Univia. If you do not have a referrer contact our Customer Service Center. You can enroll online or call our Customer Service center at 888-400-5630 to get started.

3 and Free Program

In addition to your Preferred Customers enjoying wholesale pricing, they can participate in our 3&Free; program. This incentive is available to Preferred Customers and is designed to give you the ability to grow your Preferred Customer base at a rapid pace by implementing a powerful incentive-based referral plan. Each PC is assigned a referral code. Once 3 people purchase any product using that referral code, the PC is then given product credit totaling ½ of the cumulative dollar amount of their referrals. No BV or PV will be counted towards the free product, and the free product will not be counted towards any compensation plan calculations. Free product has zero cash value.

How do I become Active?

To become an "Active" influencer you need to achieve 150PV every 30 calendar days. This is the personal volume you generate from your orders and/or your customer's orders. Because of efficiencies, Univia recognizes that 100PV from your Subscription will be granted the equivalent of 150 Non-Subscription PV. To qualify for down line commissions and bonuses, an Influencer must achieve stated monthly PV and achieve stated retailing customer requirements. Being "Active" qualifies you for unilevel and generational bonuses.

How do I become an Active Influencer?


You can become an Active Influencer when you complete your Independent Consulting Agreement and make a purchase of either the Univia Business Kit ($49.95)
OR purchase the optional Prosperity Pack ($397)
Monthly Maintenance

By creating an order with 150PBV every 30 days
or subscribe to a monthly Auto-Ship order with 100PBV.

What is the Enroller Quick Start Bonus?

Every time you directly enroll a new Independent Influencer who purchases an optional $397 Prosperity Pack within 30 days of their enrollment date (limit one per new Influencer), you will receive a special, one-time Enroller Quick Start Bonus of $100.

Please keep in mind that this special Enroller Quick Start Bonus follows the Enroller Tree and not the Placement Sponsor Tree. Compression Does Not Apply.


How do I cancel my Subscription order?

Subscription orders can not be altered 3 days prior to the ship date on your current subscription. You can login into your back office profile and modify your Subscription order or cancel the subscription yourself. If you need further assistance you can contact our Customer Service department via phone at (1-888-400-5630), open a chat with us or send us a ticket through our system (here on this site) and instruct them you would like to cancel your Subscription order.

How do I return my order?

If you are unhappy with your order or just need to return a product(s), call Customer Service (1-888-400-5630) and request an RMA number. Put the unopened product back in the box. Seal the box and our Customer Service Representative will email you a return label to print and use. Place the UPS Return label on the outside of the box. Make sure no other labels are on the box. Then drop the box off at your local UPS office. Once we have received your return to our facility, we will process a refund for that item(s).

Univia offers a 30-day satisfaction Guarantee on all products and subscriptions purchased for Customers minus shipping fees. Univia does not pay for shipping on any returns. Univia Offers a 90- day money back Guarantee for all Influencers (Distributors) all products must be in a resalable condition and can be returned to us minus shipping costs and is subject to a 10% restocking fee. ( Please refer to your policy and procedures for any questions ).
